The present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0184 dated 27.10.2024, under Sections 333, 115(2), 324(3), 125, 191(3), 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25 of Arms Act, Police Station Jhabal, District Tarn Taran (Annexure P-1), along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. The quashing of FIR has been sought on the basis of compromise between the parties dated 08.01.2026, (Annexures P-2). 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
