Factual matrix of the case unfolds that petitioner was appointed as chowkidar cum pump operator on daily wages in April 1993 and in August 2006, the services of the petitioner were illegally terminated by the Labour Court, Ambala vide order dated 23.02.2011 and the same was challenged by filing CWP-11955-2011 which was allowed on 06.02.2012 with a direction to respondents to reinstate the service of the petitioner with full back wages.
