Sessions Judge, SBS Nagar (P/4) in case FIR No. 39, dated 18.03.2024, under Sections 323, 324, 148, 149 of IPC and Sections 325, 326, 307 of IPC added later on registered at Police Station City Nawanshahr, District SBS Nagar vide which the bail bonds/surety bonds of the petitioner was ordered to be cancelled, forfeited to the State and the non-bailable warrant of arrest was issued to the petitioner. 2.
