Present revision petition has been filed praying for setting aside the impugned order dated 29.07.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bathinda in case bearing SC No.150 of 2025 CNR No.PBBTO010061 152025, titled as ‘State of Punjab vs, Bikkram Singh @ Bikkar and another’ whereby the petitioner has been charged for the offence under Sections 331(8), 103, 305 of BNS along with consequential charge sheet of even date. Further prayer has been made for staying the proceedings before the learned trial Court during the pendency of the present revision petition. 2.
