The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court by filing the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release gratuity and GPF to her alongwith interest. The petitioner is also seeking direction to the respondents to pay her pension under the Old Pension Scheme as per instructions dated 23.06.2025 (Annexure P-6). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed on 20.07.2004 as Accounts Clerk on compassionate grounds and retired as such on 31.05.2025.
