(ORAL) Prayer in the present 5th petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.215 dated 06.10.2020, registered under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act (Section 120-B IPC and Section 54, 59 of Arms Act added lateron), at Police Station Ateli, District Mahendergarh. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M-17107-2026 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 07.04.2026 and on that date the same was allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the same prayer just after about 1½ months. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
