Mr. Abhay Gupta, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 and has filed his memorandum of appearance. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent-Bank has frozen petitioner’s account without notice.
