AMIT RANA 2026.05.21 15:12 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this judgement/order CRM M-26754-2026 2 version was presented before the police after two days of the occurrence. Still further, with the intervention of the well-wishers, the parties have settled all their disputes, which is evident from the affidavits of complainant (Annexures P-2 and P-3). The petitioner is in custody for the last about 8 months and challan has already been presented against him. 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel has vehemently opposed the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner on the ground that there are serious allegations against the petitioner and the petitioner is not entitled for the concession of regular bail. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record very carefully. 5. In the present case, the petitioner is stated to be in custody for the last about 8 months and challan has already been presented before the competent Court of law. Apart from that, the injured in the present case have already been discharged. Moreover, in view of the compromise between the parties, this Court is inclined to take a lenient view of the matter. 6.
