The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”) seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR No.377 dated 08.11.2024 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of IPC at Police Station Baldev Nagar, District Ambala. 2.
