The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail for the petitioner in FIR No. 0022, dated 02.02.2026, under Sections 190 (old section 149 IPC), 191(3) (old section 148 IPC), 115 (old section 323 IPC), 126(2) (old section 339 IPC), 351(3) (old section 506 IPC), 109 (old section 307 IPC) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 25/54/59 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Mullana, District Ambala. 2. On 22.04.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- “Learned counsel submits that the petitioner had left the spot prior to the alleged occurrence and no avert act has been attributed to him. There is delay of 5 hours in lodging the FIR. There is no evidence to connect him with the firing having taken place at the RAJENDER KUMAR 2026.05.07 18:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenti
