By way of this appeal, the appellant has challenged the judgment of conviction dated 09.02.2026 and order of sentence dated 16.2.2026 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani, vide which the appellant was sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 3 years along with fine of Rs.5,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 15(b) of NDPS Act and in default of payment of fine to further undergo simple imprisonment for a period of one month, in case FIR No.232 dated 12.04.2021, under Sections 15 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Sadar, Bhiwani. 2.
