The present revision petition has been filed against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 03.03.2011, whereby the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Malerkotla, convicted the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 279/304-A/337 IPC and sentenced him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of two years and to pay a fine of Rs.2000/- and in default of payment of fine, to further undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 15 days. The petitioner has further challenged the judgment dated 16.02.2012, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 03.03.2011 has been dismissed by the learned Sessions Judge, Sangrur. 2.
