This petition has been filed under section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 (earlier section 482 Cr.P.C.) seeking setting aside of the impugned order dated 22.04.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned court of Additional Session Judge, Bathinda in case titled "State Vs Raj Kumar & Ors." arising out of FIR No. 70 dated 05.05.2016 registered under Sections 379-B IPC (303(2) BNS) at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda, whereby the bail of the petitioner was cancelled, bail bonds were forfeited and non-bailable warrants were issued against the petitioner and proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C and section 83 Cr.P.C (84 BNSS) were initiated, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom; 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not appear before the learned trial Court on 22.04.2026. Consequently, the learned trial Court cancelled the bail
