By way of present revision petition, the short grouse raised on behalf of the petitioner is for early disposal of the application moved by him for carrying out necessary correction in the short orders passed in LAC No.159 of 2018 titled ‘Deep Chand Vs. State of Haryana & Ors.’ by the learned Reference Court. [2]. A perusal of the record shows that no objection has even been recorded before the learned Reference Court on behalf of the LAO, Rohtak, however still the proceedings are being deferred. [3]. Keeping in view the fact that matter pertains to enhancement of compensation payable to the landowner against compulsory acquisition, the learned Reference Court is most humbly requested to expedite the proceedings and adjudic
