Similar report was given in the year 2024. Learned counsel for the Insurance company states that address of the appellant as given in the Memo of Parties is only available with the Insurance company. In these circumstances, it is not possible even to serve the appellant. As such, the appeal is ordered to be consigned to record with liberty to the appellant to get it revived, if so advised, by moving an appropriate application.
