Present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner impugning the order of conviction and sentence dated 02.03.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bathinda and order dated 11.02.2026, whereby, appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 02.03.2024, was dismissed. 2. The case as enumerated from the facts is that a complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (for short, ‘the NI Act) was filed against the petitioner by the respondent on the allegations that the respondent advanced Rs.4,51,911/- to the petitioner.
