The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 09.04.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Writ Court in CWP-1902-2017, titled as ‘Raj Kumar vs. State of Punjab and others’ whereby the writ petition was disposed of on the statement of learned counsel for the respondent-State of Punjab that petitioner shall be duly considered as and when there will be a vacancy to fill up post of reserved category for physically handicapped. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has not being considered. On a Court query, learned counsel for the petitioner has admitted that no vacancy has occurred after passing of the Writ Court order dated 09.04.2024 (Annexure P-1). 3. Heard.
