Haryana *** The instant review application has been filed by the applicants seeking review of order dated 29.05.2025. Learned counsel for applicants submits that in view of judgment dated 02.02.2026 passed by Division Bench of this Court in LPA- 1799-2025 titled as ‘Sachin Kumar Vs. UHBVNL, Panchkula and Ors.’ the order dated 29.05.2025 passed by this Court deserves to be reviewed. The order dated 29.05.2025 was passed in the presence of counsel and he was confronted with paragraph No.18 of judgment dated 21.05.2025 passed in CWP-7612-2024 titled as ‘Parmod Kumar and Ors. Vs. State of Haryana and Ors.’. He expressed his inability to controvert applicability of said judgment accordingly the petition was dismissed. This Court does not find that order dated 29.05.2025 should be recalled on the basis of order dated 02.02.2026 passed in Sachin Kumar (supra). Dismissed.
