The present petition has been preferred under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, assailing the impugned order dated 28.02.2017 (Annexure P-4), whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar has declared the petitioner a proclaimed person. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR No.210 dated 16.10.2014 u/s 489A, 489B, 489C of IPC, was registered at PS. Magsudan, District Jalandhar, against the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner had been regularly appearing before the learned trial Court on every date of hearing and had no intention to evade the process of law.
