This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 seeking setting aside of impugned order dated 13.03.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Judge, Special Court, Mansa in case bearing No.NDPS-221- 2020 titled ‘State Vs. Raj Kumar and another’, arising out of FIR No.170 dated 01.12.2019 registered under Sections 22, 61, 29 and 85 of the NDPS Act, at P.S. Bareta, District Mansa, whereby, the bail of the petitioner has been cancelled and his bail bonds/surety bonds have been forfeited to the State followed by issuance of non-bailable warrants. 2.
