This petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 438 Cr.P.C.) for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.02 dated 04.01.2026, under Sections 103(1), 127(2), 191(3), 190, 61(2) and 238 BNS (corresponding Sections 302, 342, 148, 149, 120-B & 201 IPC), registered at Police Station Narot Jaimal Singh, District Pathankot. 2. This Court, vide order dated 05.05.2026 had directed the petitioner to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer and join investigation and in the event of her arrest, she was ordered to be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of the BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.). 30280828 17.41
