Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 24.03.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Division Bench of this Court, the representation given by the petitioner has been considered and a detailed speaking order dated 18.05.2026 has been passed and a copy of the same has been handed over to the Court which is taken on record and has been marked as “Mark A”. A copy of the said order has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is further submitted that as per the said detailed speaking order, the demarcation is planned for today itself and the same would be done in accordance with law.
