The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.39 dated 05.02.2026 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 15-C, 29 and 60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short - ‘the NDPS Act’) registered at Police Station IMT Rohtak, District Rohtak. 2. Allegations against the present petitioner are that on 05.02.2025, on receipt of secret information, co-accused, namely, Parag, Deepak @ Laddu, Deepak @ Deepu and Kanishk was apprehended by the police and 157 kilogram 430 grams of poppy husk was recovered from two vehicles in which they were travelling.
