The petitioner has filed the instant petition under 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.606 dated 21.12.2025 registered under Section 21(b) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Sirsa City, District Sirsa. 2. This Court, vide order dated 27.02.2026, had directed the petitioner to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer and join investigation and in the event of his arrest, he was ordered to be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of the BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.). 3.
