(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 is for the grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.78 dated 26.05.2025 registered under Sections 109, 118(1), 118(2), 115(2), 191(3), 190, 351(1), 351(3) and 61(2) of BNS and Sections 25/54/59 of Arms Act, at Police Station Sadar, Patiala, District Patiala. 2. The present FIR came to be registered at the instance of Dalwinder Singh which reads as under:- “Statement of Dalwinder Singh son of Gurmail Singh resident of village Dein Kalan Police Station Sadar Patiala age about 55 years mobile number 88470-63335.
