Learned counsel contends that the petitioner has been in custody for more than 9 months. The injury attributed to him is grievous in nature, which is on the little finger of the left hand. There is a delay of 21 days in lodging the FIR. No recovery has been effected from him. Co-accused has already been granted bail.
