This petition for bail is the first petition filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.183 dated 24.12.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 15C and 29 of , Police Station Partap Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. 2. The FIR of this case came into being at the instance of ‘SI Satish Kumar’ who had reported that in the intervening night of 23/24 December 2025, on the basis of secret information a car bearing Registration No.HP17G-4141 make Mahindra Thar was intercepted and from the abovementioned car, being driven by co-accused Sanjay Khan, 146.23 kg of poppy husk was recovered. 3. It is the case of the prosecution that pursuant to abovementioned recovery, requisite formalities with re
