The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to terminate services of respondent No.8 from the post of Tubewell Attendant. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.8, at the same moment, is working as Attendant of two different Tubewells. Actually, he, in connivance with officials, is drawing salary from two places whereas working at one place. 3. Learned State counsel submit that salary of respondent No.8 has been stopped and the matter is under investigation. Respondent No.4- Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, District Nuh is inquiring the matter and final report would be prepared within six weeks from today. Thereafter an appropriate action would be taken
