The present regular second appeal is preferred against the judgment and decree dated 13.02.2013 passed by learned District Judge, Hisar, whereby the appeal filed by the respondents-State against the judgment and decree dated 22.02.2012 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Hisar, was allowed. 2. The only controversy involved in the present appeal is regarding entitlement of appellant for TA/DA w.e.f. 10.07.2007 to 13.07.2007. Admittedly, the amount involved in the present appeal is Rs.5,640/-. As per Section 102 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, no second appeal shall lie from any decree, when the subject matter of the original suit is for recovery of money not exceeding twenty-five thousand rupees. 3. In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as not maintainable.
