She has placed on record a copy of judgment dated 17.10.2025 passed in CWP-31059-2025 titled as “Rajat Goel Versus State of Punjab and others”. 2. Having heard counsel for the parties, we are satisfied that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment in Rajat Goel’s case (supra). 3.
