(Oral) On 06.03.2026, the following order was passed:- “The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 is for setting aside the impugned order dated 23.12.2025 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panchkula in case FIR No.100 dated 21.08.2025 under Sections 75, 66, 66C & 66D of IT Act, 2008 and Sections 318(4) & 61 of BNS, 2023 (Sections 420 and 120-B IPC) and Section 42(3) of the Telecommunications Act, 2023 registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, District Panchkula whereby the bail bonds and surety bonds of the petitioner are cancelled and forfeited to the State and warrants of arrest have been issued against him and notice to his surety has also been issued.
