Vijay Kumar through whom the appeal in question was filed has expired. It also accompanies photostat copy of her death certificate. As per it, she expired on 23.07.2025. The said report shows that Company for which the appeal in question was filed through her has been closed long time back. Her legal representatives have also not been brought on record. A period of 30 days has already elapsed since the date of her death. 2. In view thereof, the present appeal is disposed of as redundant. However, legal representatives of the appellant shall be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings as available to them in law to continue the present appeal, if they choose to do so.
