The present appeal has been filed against the order dated 17.03.2026 passed by the learned Single judge in CWP No.38894 of 2025 for setting aside the order dated 16.10.2025 (Annexure P-8) passed by the respondent No.1 whereby watercourse has been restored for unlimited period. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the order dated 16.10.2025 (Annexure P-8) passed by the respondent No.1, is incorrect as, there was no valid watercourse in existence hence, the restoration of the same so as to help the private respondents to irrigate their land, is incorrect. 3.
