Mr.Pradeep Kumar, Advocate for respondent No.3- Future General India Insurance Company. Discussed. A statement made on behalf of the appellant that in full and final satisfaction of his claim, an amount of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) over and above the amount awarded by the tribunal be awarded and be disbursed to appellant, having been accepted on behalf of the insurer of the offending vehicle, the appeal is disposed of with a direction to the insurer to deposit with the office of the Lok Adalat a cheque in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) favouring appellant-Pushpender Puri, within six weeks from today, failing which the amount hereby awarded shall carry interest @ 9% per annum from the date of this order till payment thereof. The settlement is subject to the recovery rights granted to the Insurance Company as the driver and owner of the offending vehicle have chosen not to challenge the finding of the learned Tribunal in this regard. The cheque so deposited may be collected by the above-named a
