After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other remedies, in accordance with law. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 4.
