The appellants/defendants have filed present Regular Second Appeal against impugned judgment and decree dated 13.03.2002 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Patiala vide which the appeal preferred by appellants/defendants was dismissed with costs and judgment and decree dated 28.05.2001 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Patiala, partly decreed in favour of respondent/plaintiff, was upheld. 2.
