The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside order dated 11.01.2022 (Annexure P-7), whereby application filed by the petitioner seeking restoration of complaint No. NACT-242 of 2017 dated 15.06.2017 titled as ‘Oriental Bank of Commerce Vs. Gurwinder Singh and another’ (Annexure P-1) under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, was dismissed. The said complaint had earlier been withdrawn vide order dated 21.12.2021 (Annexure P-5), inadvertently as the Banks were merged vide notification dated 04.03.2020 (Annexure P-3). 2.
