Daily Lok Adalat Bench No.1 507 CWP-12542-2004 Punjab Mandi Board V/S State of Punjab and others Present: None for the petitioner. Mr. Sunil Thapar, Addl. A.G. Punjab. **** Since none had been appearing on behalf of the petitioner, notice was issued to it to appear in person before this Forum to explore the possibility of settlement. However, the report indicates that the petitioner has been served. The petitioner despite service has not put in appearance nor instructed its counsel to appear in this case. The said act and conduct of the petitioner transpires that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this writ petition. Therefore, the matter is consigned to the record room, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same by filing an appropriate application before this Forum, if the need arises. A copy of this order be sent to the petitioner at the given address as well as to its counsel, so that they could take appropriate steps for revival of the same. (J.C.
