This is a revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 12.10.2016 (Annexure P-8) passed by the Appellate Authority, whereby an application filed by the petitioner under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC for amendment of the written statement has been dismissed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the present case, the petitioner has filed an application under Order 41 Rule 27 CPC also and thus, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his appeal as well as application filed under Order 41 Rule 27 CPC, in accordance with law. 3. In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 07.05.2026
