A perusal of the same would reveal that in the final order dated 07.04.2026 passed by this Court, in para No. 9, inadvertently it was written that “decree sheet be prepared accordingly”. Since vide the impugned order dated 13.01.2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge, (Jr. Divn.), Chandigarh, the application filed by the petitioners-defendants under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC for rejection of the plaint was dismissed and the plaint is still pending adjudication with the said decision affirmed by this Court vide order dated 07.04.2026, there was no need to prepare decree sheet. In para No.9 of the order dated 07.04.2026, it was inadvertently typed as decree sheet be prepared accordingly and the same is rectified. Accordingly, Registry is directed to delete para No. 9 of the order dated 07.04.2026 and a correct order is ordered to be uploaded on the DMS. IOIN stands disposed of.
