By way of the impugned order, the learned Appellate Court below erroneously dismissed the petitioner's application dated 20.02.2020 (Annexure P-3) preferred under Order VII Rule 11(d) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (‘CPC’ for short), seeking the summary rejection of the memorandum of appeal.
