(ORAL) Present criminal writ petition has been filed under Article 226/ 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the official respondents to search and produce the minor detenue Naina (DOB is 19.06.2009) who has been taken into illegal custody by private respondents No.5 to 7 in conspiracy and connivance with further prayer for handing over the custody thereafter to the petitioner who is natural guardian. 2.
