By way of filing the present petition, the petitioner-wife is seeking transfer of petition filed under Sections 12(b) and 12(c) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short-‘the Act’) bearing No. DMC/862/2025 dated 04.11.2025 (Annexure P-1) titled as ‘Parveen Kumar vs. Priyanka @ Rajni’, pending before the learned Family Court, Rewari to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Gurugram. 2. As per office report, notice issued to the respondent has been received back served through his brother. However, none has put in appearance on his behalf, despite service. Accordingly, this petition is being decided in his absence. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, submits as under: i) Marriage of the petitioner with the respondent was solemnized on 09.02.2023. ii) One daughter was born out of the said wedlock who is presently in the care and custody of petitioner- mother.
