The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”) seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR No.134 dated 22.04.2026 registered under Sections 326(G), 324(5) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNS”) at Police Station Rajendra Park, District Gurugram. 2. The aforementioned FIR was registered on the basis of a complaint lodged by the complainant Mukesh Devi alleging that she was running a paying guest accommodation at Village Budhera, Gurugram which was looked after by her son. Accused Chirag had rented a room in her paying guest (PG) accommodation. However, she had got the same vacated. Gaurav son of Vinod Kumar was also occupying one room in the same accommodation on rent. On the night of 18.04.2026, the
