(Oral): This petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuing a direction to the learned trial Court to dispose of the trial in a timebound manner. 2. Heard. 3. It has been contended on behalf of petitioner that the petitioner is already facing agony of trial since 2018 when the challan was filed, and that despite lapse of almost eight years, the trial has not been concluded. 4. The learned State Counsel has controverted the abovementioned arguments. It has been contended by learned State Counsel that out of 23 prosecution witnesses, 20 have already been examined.
