It is submitted that the petitioners are apprehending threat to their life and liberty and, therefore, seek protection from the official respondents. 3. It is noticed that petitioner No.1-Priti Kumari, and respondent Nos. 4 to 8, who are stated to be her family members, are primarily residents of District Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
