A Group Mediclaim Insurance Scheme being, Chief Minister Advocates Welfare Scheme (‘CMAWS’) (hereinafter, ‘the Scheme’) was approved by respondent no.1/Government of NCT of Delhi (‘GNCTD’) for advocates registered with the Bar Council of Delhi (‘BCD’) and voters of Delhi, subject to verification, on 18th December 2019. Online registration portal for the Scheme was operational from 28th December 2020 to 30th January 2021. 3.
