Through the instant application, filed under Order 47 Rule 1 read with Section 151 CPC, the applicant/petitioner has sought review/re- calling of the order dated 09.04.2026 (Annexure A-1), passed by this Court. 2. The only ground for seeking re-calling of the order is that the learned State counsel made a statement in a different matter, which was taken up along with the instant petition. In the instant matter, the services of the petitioner have already been terminated, and therefore, the order needs to be recalled. 3. In the instant case, despite numerous opportunities given to the petitioner to appear before the Medical Board for re-assessment of his physical disability, he failed to do so, which led to the termination of his services.
