Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, has apprised the Court that a decision was taken on the representation (Annexure A-4) appended with CM-3351-CWP-2026 and the claim of the petitioners stands rejected by passing a speaking order. The order rejecting the claim of the petitioners would be communicated to the petitioners within a period of one week from today. 2. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order rejecting the claim of the petitioners in accordance with law. 3.
