EK Learned State counsel, on instructions submits that the entire benefits were released during the lifetime of the petitioner-Pritam Kaur (since deceased). Learned State counsel has also circulated the copy of the death certificate (Annexure A-1) of the petitioner which is taken on record. However, if the statement made by the learned State counsel is found against the record, the petitioner shall have the liberty to revive the present petition. The representatives of the respondent-department have circulated a note in which the details of benefits granted was mentioned which is also taken on record.
